i got this problem everything loads normally but the blocks like modules and surveys are empty dont understand default themes works perfectly

apache 2.0.x
mysql 4.1
php 5.0.4
pack-fiapple (all fiapple)
phpnuke 7.5

tried the themes on phpnuke 6.5 and 7.5 both are the blocks empty
