Just was testing and it looks like there is a error in code on Avatar.

Pointer looks like it is going to Forums not forums

your Forums module SHOULD be called Forums, not forums.
Not sure exactly what the problem is you are having. can you post us a link to your site?

I will rename the directory but the zip contains lower case forums not Forums

It helps when you upload a custom avatar to the correct directory and don't look at the path correctly!
