Font Colors on DarkBlue Theme
I am not knew to PHP-NUKE, but I am new to adjusting Themes the way that I like.

I love the way that DarkBlue Theme looks, but I have a few questions.

1. Is there a guide out there somewhere to making your own themes, or at least adjusting someone elses as long as I give them credit?

2. What I am really trying to do is change the color of all the white fonts to a gold font, I am helping a friend do a Naval Academy Site for his class and he really wants the gold and blue colors of the Navy. EDITED ((ALL SET ON THIS))

3. I have atached a snippet of the changes I would like to make if people can just point me in the right direction that would be great.

The Highlights around the box is what I am having issues with, any ideas...?

UPDATED
OK, Maybe somone can help with this if they can find the time.

below is a picture of just a quick simple question that I am having problems with, I am not asking anyone to do anything, I just wanted to find out if this is adjustable in the style sheet, or if it is somewhere else. Just curious to know. I know there are some guru's of this stuff out there, but I could use just a little help due to me being a noob.

1. Is the border that is circled in #1 an adjustment in the style sheet?

2. If I change this background color will it change it in all the pages? or is it a part of the HTML?

Please help me.

play with
themes/DarkBlue/tables.php

Code:
    echo "<table width=\"100%\" border=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"5\">
  <tr>
    <td><table width=\"100%\" border=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"1\">
        <tr>
          <td bgcolor=\"#31404E\"><table width=\"100%\" border=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"1\">
              <tr>
                <td bgcolor=\"#D1D7DC\"><table width=\"100%\" border=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\">
                    <tr>
                      <td bgcolor=\"#3F5569\"><table width=\"100%\" border=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"4\">
                          <tr>
                            <td>";
you're pretty sharp..it should be obvious what to modify

WoooHOooo -

Thank you myrtletrees I really appreciate your help, with your help I think I have figured out what exactly I need to do and have done it, but if you could help me out for just one more minute that would be great. I truly have used your knowledge with the first problem and applied it to the second, but it seems as though it doesnt apply, or maybe it does.

In the forums area of Darkblue theme, the white boxes around the forums are white and I am trying to turn them gold as well. Is there anyway that you could hint me in the right direction, I really want to do the work, but am stuck in the middle again.

Justin
