I don't think there is yet. I know many people have worked on it, but I don't think it was fully worked out. Although I did come close once for 6.0.

I'll work on it again and see if I can get it to go for 6.5. With the changes it made between 6.0 and 6.5 it might be more feasible because the coding is already there for the script to choose the theme you are using if the file exists. If I can it probably wouldn't take much to get it to work for 6.7
