Forums stretching page left/right - 11-15-2004, 10:56 AM

After switching to the skylineBlue I am having an issue of the forums pages being stretched. It is causing there to be a scroll bar for left/right to be added to the bottom of the forums topics.

Thanks in advance for any help

I think some of the problem is the signature size. When viewing some of the topics with signatures no larger than 400 X 100 it seems to be fine. When we use the 450 X 100 that most members have always used there seems to be the stretching effect. The last theme I used did not have that issue that is why the signatures were allowed to be 450 x 100

hmm..are your users using tiny monitors or a low resolution, like 640x480?

I am on a 17inch monitor at 1024x768 and it appears fine for me.
It also does not appear to be anything else in the table where the sig is displayed.
As soon as I get time, I'll try to look at it more closley.

Humm that is strange. I am set at the same res as you and I still get a scroll bar at the bottom of some of the pages. The page I linked to only had a small small scroll to it.

17 inch Flat screen here..are you using a standard CRT monitor?
If so, that is the difference.

I'll still try and take a look at it.
If I don't replay back within a week or so, bump this topic.

When you say bigger than the usual... what would that be? That is kinda what I am trying to figure out. I have not changed any signature size limits since changing themes. My other theme did not have this issue so I am tring to figure out what the difference is.
