Header for Charcoal Theme, can u tell me which file to modify to get my logo on the header to center, i centered it in the theme.htm file but that didnt seem to do the trick

try the header.html file in the theme folder.

Well when i add center tags to the logo.gif in the "header.html" it throws the whole structure out of wack when u view the main page, the header center aligns but the right blocks line up on the left and the center news is clear at the botom.............very strange

Try this

Use those type of tags to center it and see if it works for you then.
instead of
<center></center>
use
<div align="center"></div>

This is very strange tried that also, but same results, the whole structure goes goofy, it looks fine when u view the header.html file by itself, but when u include the rest of it blocks and everrything aligns to the left

In the header.html

Find:
Replace with:
Tested and it works here.
