It seems that some users are installing these themes/templates incorrectly.
:?
Here goes.

After you download and extract the contents of your new theme to your computer, look inside the folder and you will see a modules folder and a themes folder.

The themes folder contains the Nuke theme that needs to be uploaded to your themes folder on your FTP.

In the modules folder is another folder, Forums, in there is templates. In the templates folder is the template that you would upload to your modules/Forums/templates folder on your FTP if you are using the phpBB port from Tom's site.
You would then have to go into your Forum Administration to Styles Admin on the left then ADD that template to the system that you just uploaded for the Forum.

As for the Nuke theme, once you upload it, correctly, it will automatically be selectable from your Change Theme option in Your Account menu.
