How to activate Fiapple theme for Ported PHPBB2?

I just installed Fiapple theme for phpNuke and I have successfully activated the theme. But, how could I activate this theme for ported PHPBB2? I have upload the files. Thanks.

Go to the phpbb admin section and scroll down the the styles and click on add there should be an install link, then change it in the configuration to default.

And, how could I access the PHPBB2 admin panel? Before we discuss it further, I am wondering if we are talking about the same PHPBB. What I meant with PHPBB is the forum that comes with the original PHPNuke installation files? Is that correct?

Ok. Then, I have two questions:
1. Why does Fiapple theme didn't affect the Splatt forum appereance?
2. I have downloaded Ported PHPBB2 from BBtoNuke website. But after I extract the tar file, I got only 1 file named [content] and I have no idea what should I do with this file. It's not recognized by archiever I am using (WinRAR).

I think you have the wrong download there. I just redownloaded the file to make sure this link goes to the right place and it does.

These themes don't work with splatt because they are completely different boards, and these are built to work with ported phpbb
