How to get permission?
I like nukemods themes, and i want remake theys for my free cms (non phpnuke). How i can get permission for this action?

You can't get permission, as far as I know. We are not the original authors so we cannot give permissions to redistribute them. The Nukemods themes are all based on a standalone phpBB template, which is taken over almost exactly the same for the forums so we only added a Nuke part of the theme.
The best you can do is asking permission to use the themes to the original authors and then start modifiying them so they would fit your cms

As a required part of the porting process, a link back to the original authors website is in the footer of each theme, as well as in each theme.php file.
