Just wondering is it possible to download / get old of a back up file for my php nuke. If so how do I do this?

Secondly, does any1 know where I can learn how to build php-nuke templates?

The only normal way to get an old backup of your site is to check with your hosting provider and ask for a backup of your site at the date you want.
I find that the best way to actually learn how to build a template is to start modifying one, start by the easy way, modify the colours then it will come by its own :wink:
