I am having a bit of difficulty with my theme. I am looking to display a 468x60 banner in the top right of the theme. I want the banner in the exact same place as it shows in the screenshot of the theme here:

I would appreciate help as my host (free hosting service) keeps on suspending my account because I have yet been able to display the ads. I believe I may have to use the banners section in PHP-Nuke to do this, but I do not have a clue as to how. I am using PHP-Nuke 7.8 and my website address is:

Although, like i said. The admin has temporarily suspended it. I eagerly await a response. Thankyou in advance.
