I can't speak for CB, but we have discussed this issue a little.

My feelings.
All I ask is that whoever modifies our theme packs that they retain our footer or at least move it to a visible area if need be. We did the same for the creators of the templates or themes we modified or created a Forum template or Nuke theme for. We just ask the same in return on down the line.

Yea its not to fair to not give the credit to the great people who start these templates.

yeah i thought so, but theres the problem that sum1 will go looking for the theme on your site and not be able 2 find it cause of differences in appearance

btw, i dont mind keeping the credits.
