Just uploaded the files and installed and now my forum have this error...

phpBB: Critial error

could not open IGCstation config file

and i cant use the older theme because the forum config says the same error.... im using php nuke and i installed the theme perfectly but now it says the error in the forum index (or any part of the forum) and in the admin too.

Any help??
