Porting phpBB Themes Yourself?
Hi,

I'm wondering how hard it is for moderately experienced users to port phpBB styles themselves. I've seen a lot that I would love to port and combine with my own theme, but I am not sure which variables are different (aside from the graphics, overall_xxx.php files, and stylesheets, of course).

Can the experts give any insight?

Thanks!

that will give an idea, except the path's are a little different if converting to Nuke6.5
Look at the Default theme for Nuke6.5
themes/DeepBlue/forums
to get an idea of the renaming of what files and what path changes are made in the *.tpl files.
forums is the name of the folder where the matching template now goes in the Nuke6.5 themes.

If you are wanting to simply port a phpBB template to work with Tom's phpBBport, then that link will be most the help you need.
:-)

Thanks, Mike... I was talking about 6.5, so I'll look over the default 6.5 theme and see what I can come with.

Have a good one!
