i upload all files to themes/Helius but it's dosen't work

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/servernl/public_html/community/themes/Helius/theme.php on line 42

please help me.

Please don't use a full subject of uppercase letters.
Probably this will fix it: Reinstall phpnuke and use the phpBB forum delivered with it or use the latest splatt forum release from http://www.splatt.it
