Nuke themes dont even contain an index.php.

The main theme file is theme.php

So thats the main page?like if i want to see the page i just put "mysiteaddress.com/theme.php?

No, if you have phpnuke installed correctly and the theme installed correctly, you should be able to access your site via http://yoursitename and/or http://yoursitename/index.php

I uploaded it using Cute FTP Proffesional 8 but i put everything like they told me,my website server allow me to have mysql and datebase what wrong im doing?Oh and i saw something that it say permission and with 3 numbers u put to set a permission to file ,what i have to do?please help and ma noob in php sh1t ; \

You need to read, understand and follow the instructions for whatever version of nuke your trying to install.

Or maybe try and dl/install this version because it's pretty straight forward:
