I uploaded the pack theme but im missing the index.php witch file i need to rename it to index.php cause that site dont even have the config.php

Nuke themes dont even contain an index.php.

The main theme file is theme.php

No, if you have phpnuke installed correctly and the theme installed correctly, you should be able to access your site via http://yoursitename and/or http://yoursitename/index.php

I uploaded it using Cute FTP Proffesional 8 but i put everything like they told me,my website server allow me to have mysql and datebase what wrong im doing?Oh and i saw something that it say permission and with 3 numbers u put to set a permission to file ,what i have to do?please help and ma noob in php sh1t ; \

You need to read, understand and follow the instructions for whatever version of nuke your trying to install.
