cpanel's not as robust as an FTP program such as WS_FTP_Pro or CuteFTP but it's your choice.

Hi,
Using CPanel to upload any file/folder is no such problem.
Do this;
Make a zip file of your folder, for example if i want to upload my eitire web folder which is named as "Test" than make a zip file of this entire folder.
Than go to your CPanel and Click File Manager and go to your destination folder and Upload this zip file on your destination folder.
After uploading, click on this File which should be "Test.zip", and you will see a lot of options in the right side of your Browser window, here you can see an option of Extract File, use it.
(This Extract File option is only comes when you click on any ZIP/RAR File)

This method will also save your Bandwidth, as you are using Compression.

Regards,
masterleous

Ok, I believe this topic answers the question that I have. Probably a stupid question but here goes anyway.
I am uploading (using WS_FTP) and following the instructions.
This is the only point I wanted to be sure about:
Does this mean folder contents in it's entirety, keeping the files in the folders they are in?
Thank you in advance.
  1. Upload all files IN the HTML folder to your nuke root. Nuke root is the location of your nuke site where admin.php, config.php, and mainfile.php are located. Do NOT upload any files from the resources folder to your nuke root. Those are not part of the installation files. Only upload the html folder's contents
