question about iCGstation

Ok all i want to know is how can i make the "modules or blocks how ever you call them" in the middle of (in the index.php) this theme smaller so that i dont see the scrolling bar down on my explorer.

You can adjust the size in blocks.html

i tried it but just the ones on the side adjusted but the ones in the middle nothung

i have changed every number,% and nothing i cant seem to edit those blocks in the middle where you place the news .
