Is it possible to stretch the header even further? I have a few modules that stretch the header fairly far, along with a few users that have HUGE resolutions.

I'm not sure how the header image is setup for this theme but adjusting the image values to 100% will make them shrink/stretch to any screen resolution. Of course you better make sure you're using as high resolution images as possible for your header image or it will only get more pixilated the more it stretches. You may also want to consider making the header image a background image only.

I'd also suggest if your users screen resolution varies widely, you may want to consider making your site logo in as high a resolution .gif (with transparent background) as possible and locking it's values at one size. This way your site logo will always be the same size and will never lose clarity regardless of client screen resolution.

Subblack3D runs on DIV tags, I think.

There is the logo image, then two of the same "filler" image.

What happens is the two filler images lay on top of each other, the one on top sitting inside a DIV tag. As the browser expands, the DIV is set relatively, and "Slides" across the lower image. Once it reaches the edge of the lower image, it stops expanding, along with the rest of the header.

It's too complex for me to figure out yet, but I'll start messing with it tomorrow night.
