Subblack3D runs on DIV tags, I think.
There is the logo image, then two of the same "filler" image.
What happens is the two filler images lay on top of each other, the one on top sitting inside a DIV tag. As the browser expands, the DIV is set relatively, and "Slides" across the lower image. Once it reaches the edge of the lower image, it stops expanding, along with the rest of the header.
It's too complex for me to figure out yet, but I'll start messing with it tomorrow night.
