Every time I upload it to my server, it doesn't show in the Styles/Add menu.

The download exploded into the following tree.

I uploaded the /themes/Sunset/forums directory tree to:

/modules/Forums/templates and renamed the directory forums to Sunset.

then I removed the forums directory and uploaded the /themes/Sunset/ directory tree (with the subdirectories images and style) to:

/themes replacing the original Sunset directory and subdirectories with the contents of the download.

What are you doing wrong?
You are uploading the theme wrong. that theme is meant for Nuke6.5 ONLY. All you do is upload the theme to the themes directory. DO NOT change ANYTHING. There is no more adding the Style under the Forums in nuke6.5
The Forum template is moved to the theme fodler with the theme now. It auto-changes with the theme seleciton change in Your Account.
