Yes.

we have not tested it, but you should have no problem. There were no changes from 6.5 to 6.7 with the themes.

and if its 6.7 how come when i installed it i still have 6.5 when i go to statistics and still have the same phpnuke.org image at the copyright of the page?????the old one not like the one that you guys have

that is a custom PHP-Nuke logo I made.
We are running 6.5 with the security fixes.
If your version is 6.7 that you installed, then the verion number in the config table of the database may be wrong or didn't get updated with the upggrade file. If you are saying that you did an upgrade from Nuke6.5 to 6.7
