Help needed plz, A newbie to phpnuke and getting to like very fast

Now i used xoops and donwloaded a Theme and need to resize by editing
3 files i beleave it was the... style.css

In pnpnuke SubBlack3dBlue Theme i only see one style cascading style sheet, and for the life of me i can't see where to edit or change the size of the file to 1024,(Width)Can i do this ?? If so anyhelp would be gr8.

Only reason i want to change the size is cause its a little to big hate to keep scrolling.

Or I have missed the concept of Nuke, and how it works lol
