Im new to nukemods.com, i was wondering if there was a made out index.html file for a theme pack for a paid domain or if it is just for a phpbb.
If there is not, i am hoping somebody can create one for me, probably alot of work, but it would be greatly appreciate.

what i need is i have download the fiblack3ds theme mod, but in order for it to work, my index.html must have content to extract the files.

You can't use a phpnuke theme unless you have a phpnuke Content Management System installed.

These themes are for PHP-Nuke. There aren't any html templates available for these themes. If you want to start using Nuke, you should do some reading HERE, HERE, and HERE before attempting to do so. Some knowledge of the system is required before starting your site.
