I need a logo designed to fit a black color forum!

I need this picture used in the logo the picture can be made larger if needed. Please make sure it does not look crowded though!

Background color some kind of dark gray/light black color!

The logo needs to be 200w x 91h (in pixels)

I need to have text that says: Piracy: Makin' the Future!

The font you can get here website is 1001freefonts.com/fonts/pfonts2.htm and the font name is "Piracy" 8O

If possible can I get the logo and the source file, if created be either Freehand (must still be in .png format) or photoshop (must still be in .psd format)
