We are a nonprofit organization raising awareness about a poor country in W. Africa, especially the condition of poor youth begging on the streets. In order to attract the attention of people, we are writing poems to convey the message and for some of the topics we need someone to design cartoons that will go along with the poem.

1. A cartoon to show a poor youth (10-15 years old) beggar holding his cylindric red pot for the food and a group of people pointing at him and one handing him leftovers. I can supply a real pic and more details when you accept this assignment.

2. A cartoon showing young people under an umbrella. On the umbrella the text SIDA, AIDS, bones to symbolize death, etc.. The umbrella will be colored red, green, yellow and some text I will supply. Next to that pic, we will show a man with a big belly and a suitcase full with dollars from the sale of AZT.
If you accept this assignment I will be able to assist with details.

3. A cartoon showing kids starving from food with a man sitting, big belly and caviar, Perrier, etc on his table saying there is no starvation there...

If you are an artist and can help develop any of these cartoons, let me know...

Hi Bro I don't know how 2 tell u this but here we Make Signs and Logos erm its mainly for websites, or forum pics and so on, Im more then happy to make u imagis for it bro but they will be still imagis only 2 people here make Logos me and Duke as far as I know, We can add sum animation with in reason, But we cant Make a full cartoon from scratch if u know what I mean, as making a still logo takes god knows how long Dipending on what U doin sumthimes it takes me 2 weeks just 2 finish off 1 still logo, reason I have my own things to do in real life so I do not get time to sit and make logos every night, As I sead bro This is a wrong place for u as I can see in what u want but ....... if u do want sum still imagis anything to do with still imagis and so on we will be more then happy to help u out... You're right killerbee, sometimes just creating a simple header file can take 8 hours + so that's why we can't always get to the requests as quickly as some may like. IMHO, if you use any of our work on your site, I think it's only fair to add a link in your footer to the artists website as credit for the work.

On another note, a friend of mine found a site that helps anyone create comic book type cartoons and images. I'll try to find out from him exactly what the program/website was and post here later.

Thank you for your replies. I am looking for still and nothing animated. Something almost like a nice clipart. But, if any of that will require too much work, then we should not pursue it.

The man and the woman art is not mine, but something I found and that share the same vision ...Maybe we should look to replace if .... and have something similar in place.
1.) For the texte SIDA, VIH, AIDS.
2.) A large umbrella with rainbow red green and yellow (same as what we have)
3.) Two or three people under the umbrella

For the right corner, lets Put the text "Protégez vous contre le SIDA"

If adding the rich man with a big belly, a bag with the word "Medicaments" on it,
and money in his pockets will make the graphic too busy we can ignore it. If we can't find a similar graphic for the man and the woman / umbrella, then I might have to keep it like that.
