Do i have to pay for hosting this site?

And 1 more quistion can i? If i download a theme can i use it for my site? but its not in the nukemods.com it from other place can i still use it :?:

You can host the site from your house using appserv, or you can look into one of the many free hosts on google. There are actually some pretty cheap hosting plans out there as well. You can use these themes on any PHP-Nuke site you like.

nukemods.com is not a hosting service.

Hosting services are sites like:
http://www.powweb.com
or
http://www.ehostpros.com

Those are just 2 of thousands of webhosts on the internet. Try a google search.
