Exactly what kind of help are you looking for?

It may be a good idea to provide as many details as possible so interested parties can contact you directly.

The truth is that I am completely "blind" regarding nuke so I will try to give a short description. I need a theme regarding military airforce. This site must have a full banner on top (not only a logo). The most important module I need is something like a "Team Roster". This module must shows some fields with members details and one of these field (for every member) to be clickable opening another page with more specific details for the choosen member.
I know that maybe all these are not fully understandable in the way I am describe them (my english are not so good and I am sorry for that).
The fact is that I need a full clan site dedicated to military airforce. So anyone who knows what a clan site may need propably is the one who can help me on this. It is fully understandable and acceptable by my side that the details and credits of the template creator will be shown at the bottom of the site.
Finally as for the template colors it would be prefferable to be in blue (not very light neither very dark).

Usually when someone asks for my help, I never ask him to pay me for that. If in this forum "help" has a price then I am in a wrong place and I am asking you to forgive me for my mistake. Sorry for waisting your time but if I was willing to pay for a site be sure that there are many companies outthere offering such services.

There's a big difference between asking for help with a few images and asking for a custom site theme. Creating a custom theme is a huge time commitment, it's not something you just rattle off in a day or so.
