Im looking for a designer to create a theme back for me. Im using version 8.0 of phpNuke and im looking for something in the style of a mix between Fantasy/Post Apocolyptic it is for my game's website.

This of it as a Mix of Fallout and Oblivion.

Takes place thousands of years after a war called Twilight, where man was reaching it peak in Tech until they figured out a way to travel between worlds. One world decided they wanted to take our over, war went on, Nukes where used so now the world in in ashes blah blah

Also im willing to pay for this pack 10-30$ maybe more if quality is good.
