sorry i would do this for you but i haven't done it before and dont know the best way to go about it....

If you wait a couple of days Duke should be on and he might look at it for you

Nobody just ports or converts themes, it’s not that simple. You have to attain the proper permissions to find out whether or not you’re actually allowed to use their theme for anything other than the purposes it's intended.

I've adjusted a few themes available here and it took me no less than 20 - 40 hours to do so in each instance. I can do this because I'm not re-distributing and I'm leaving all original credits in tact (just adding my own for all the hard work) but I cannot re-distribute without written authorization of the phpbb theme creator and the phpnuke theme creator.
