my first question: do u guys make templates?? and code them with dreamweaver or yea just code them??
cause i want one, a template and it needs to have code lets say a FULL site... not a forum huh...

there needs to be, links yea codes, there needs to be Forum, Staff, Contact us, home ,thats all i think

And the BG needs to be with fantasy, yea graphics like if someone knows the C4D program, maybe with that... but yea if u dont then do just fantasy, make it cool...
if u have any questions then yea ask them, but i'm from belgium so the timezone is different thats why i didnt answer yesterday...PLZ dont lock this cause i told timezone is different...

What you need is to download PHPNuke or any other CMS, get one good looking theme and start your site.
