can i request a theme pack for my site ? my site is http://kulsum.net its all about friends, schools, studies and everything that matters in schools

What you are actually requesting is a Custom theme, which we do not do.
A theme pack request here is made by finding a phpBB template you like and requesting us port it and create the matching Nuke theme for it.
