Hi SCpowellycpfc.

If you are wanting a site like this one you need php-nuke if its just a forum you are after then its a phpbb forum.

I have all the necessary software and hosting, if needed, to provide you with what you want at BonusNuke.com. Go there and sign up and I would be glad to help you get what you need. I have authorisation from the good people here to use any theme they have so the look of a bonusnuke site can be like any theme here plus I have a few others as well.
