How can i edit my site so that guests do not haev to confirm their accoutn with the e-mail activation before they register??

If you want to just lose the email activation for an account use this forums search tool, this question has been asked many times before, there is also a fix the the FAQ/Fixes section.
If you want to make it so Guests do not have to register to use your sites facilities simply set it so guests can access the modules, do this through Admin > Modules
