Does anyone know if there is a way to include multilingual information in blocks?

For example, I want to be able to add information in my download block in English and German. So that when someone has logged on and selected English as his/her language the information about the download is presented in English. Likewise for someone who logs on in German the download information is in German.

I understand that I would have to put in the information in both languages and that is not the problem. How do I get my selection to change languages when the download block is shown or is this not possible? :roll:

If I've explained this poorly please bear with me. A good example of what I mean is provided in osCommerce where product information can be entered in different languages but only the language chosen is shown.
