Problem with User Info Block for 6.5 with security code

I've just recently installed (Fresh) PHPNuke 6.5 and I also just installed the User Info block 6.5 w/code and it installed fine, but the problems is that when I am viewing the block it shows up looking kinda like this.

It's in the bottom right corner. If anyone can help me fix this I would be greatly appreciative. Thanks.

oops..my fault.

add these two definitions to your Main language file in your language folder

define("_TYPESECCODE","Type Security Code Here");
