I have this installed but when I (admin) log out of the site I still see the blocks and other things that anonymous users should not see, I can even continue working on the site like I was logged in.

What can I do to fix this?

Close your browsers and clear your cookies for starters. It may be hanging on to your Admin cookie.

I just tried that and still no change, I can do everything like the admin without being logged in.

Well, ok then, try and Deactivate the Site Visitors block you got from this site and then Logout of Admin and see if you get logged out.

If you definately clear all your Cookies and temp internet files, and close your browsers, there is no way you should still be logged into your site as admin or user.
