Can't Activate Modules or Block
Ok I have my modules and blocks installed, but when I go to admin section, the modules doesn't appear in the module list, so that mean I can't activate them. Is there another way to activate the modules without using the admin section? Which file do I need to edit.

Secondly, when I try to add block, I can see the names and everything, but when I click "create block" nothing apear, even with all the options correctly picked. Any one has any idea why is this happening to me?

I even re-uploaded the old admin folder back to the server and it still giving me the same problem.

Pleas help me! My url is: www.calpolyvsa.com
It was working fine before, but somehow it doesn't now. Maybe some files might be damaged ?
