I am running a music site with php nuke
I am looking and in the need of a module to allow users to submit lyrics to songs and stuff -- kind of like the Review module but with maybe some different options...
Like name of song
Artist
and then a text block to add the lyrics

Also I would like it not html sensitive so lyrics could be added with out having to put
after every other verse or line

why dont you just use the review module?
