before this i use fisubsilver theme, after i change to my new theme, when i go to forum always can't see any picture.

Damn I hate popups,
it is really normal that those pics don't show up because you are missing all the images in modules/Forums/templates/subSilver/images/ and modules/Forums/templates/subSilver/images/lang_english
Upload them from an original 6.5 packages and they will be fixed
