It is impossible to help you step by step. You HAVE to get in there and do it yourself.
Start working with a theme and modifying the colors, etc. to suit your preference.

Also, please read the Announcement Forum topic on how to post a topic correctly in our Forums so it better helps others.
Simply giving your Topic the title of "Themes" does not help.
