I downloaded this theme pack(Fiblue3D) for phpnuke 6.5 it all works perfect for the most part and i love it!!!

Only problem is that when i go to forums i have no admin panel and when i go into phpnuke admin and then click forums i can get into admin panel there to make adjustments to configurations ect..But i can't delete,modify,edit, or move posts ect like i could with my stand alone phpbb2 board.And i go into phpnukeadmin and click on forums and go into permissions and it has me set as user,i switch it to admin and it doesn't save it it's on user rather then admin everytime i go into it.But yet everytime i go into forums it shows at the bottom in yellow that i am site admin.And you can't edit or delete your own posts..and if i make a section for admin /private logged into forums i still can't see my own private forums.it's like i have no admin at all in my forums.So i am rather lost at what's goin on.

If anyone can tell me how to edit and delete and move posts and get my admin panel in forums working i'd appreciate it
