You download one from the downloads here, you exstract it on your HD. Then you find a folder called "themes" and you just upload that into the directory where you installed php-nuke.

That's it,

Lycos is free, but not very fast and it hasn't a good uptime (it's more down then up), you can test stuff on your localhost with AppServ, wich installs Apache, PHP, MySQL and maybe more. Get it here http://academic.cmri.ac.th/appserv/index.php

You should be able to (Ithink) extract it with winzip and then run it.

AppServ works really nice but its bugged :[
After a little time or after a restart does the mysql and apache server not work anymore that sux...alway when i tried to start them called it there are 2 missing files: apache.exe and winmysql.exe....
and the php nuke is also bugged...its only good to try something out but it shouldnt be your localhost...=/

well,, i just d/led appserv b/c i have been looking for the same thing for a while now.. when the d/l got done (v2.0.0) i clicked open and it went straight to the install setup.. not sure why its not working for yall, and a good free webhost that i am using at the moment is lycos.co.uk// although it wasys 50mb.. i don't think the 0mb changes

reason in thinking that..i uploaded 150 megs and it still said 0mb of 50 mb disk space used,, (fine w/ me)
