As long as no bugs are found, then it should release next weekend sometime.

Mostly the themes aren't released with a banner pic in psd only an empty one in jpg

Mighty is correct. Almost ALL of our themes we release include a BLANK logo template for making your own logo. Reading the readme files included with the themes tells you if there is a blank logo.gif or logo.jpg for making a logo to match the theme.

You usually open these logotemplates in ANY Graphics program and then just add your text and other graphics to them for your own logo.
