I would like to change the text color of the forums in zonecopper theme but can't seem to find the color code or file that needs to be edited. If someone could tell me which file to edit that would be great. Thanks.

those colors for the text are all over the place. The best place to start looking is in the forums forums.css file and the overall_header.tpl, it sometimes has css styles embeded in it.
