Permissions for MsTrenches

I am seeking permission to use the phpnuke verson of the theme "MsTrenches" to make a html/php/css site for my call of duty 2 unit.

It doesn't give the perticular person who ported the theme for phpnuke so I am just asking the nukemods team in general.

that is the current copyright notices at the bottem is that all ok?
I am not putting my site on the web or even put up screenshots till I get the correct permissions

As you're not removing existing copyright then you don't require permission to add your own.

I just removed the PHPnuke copyright as it isn't relevant to the site now
