There's no difference between 8 and any other 7x version

Hi!

I've some problems with this theme (SmartDark).
In the sceen a see only one column while this theme have 2 colomns...
I can see the second column in the shout_box's link..

(is a block for phpnuke 7 i think....) but i've hiden this link...

can some one halp me?
