Who made subblack3DBlue forum skin... Because people with mozilla cant see it, and I talked to some people from phpbb forum and they told me to talk to the person that made it because he probably made it disabled.... So can someone please talk to the person that made it and see if he can fix that.

Have him switch to subBlack3dBlue theme and see if he can see the forums.
I have tried our test site using Mozilla, Mozilla Firefox, Opera nd Netscape and IE> all work. HOWEVER on YOUR site, I do not see the forums when I use the Mozilla browsers either.

^^ yeah I know, on my site the forums dont show up with Mozilla, could u tell me how to fix this, if u know?
