I cant log out from either ADMIN status or USER status here on my dialup connection.
nor can i change my theme

as odd as it may sound i strongly belive its cause of the slow connection..
because i use my site from 3 other locations and i can do all of the above things.

why cant i do it here

i tried resetting the cookies

i emptied the cache and closed all windows after
hell at one point i even did that and restarted the PC
and still i cant do any of the ebove


whos got ideas?
