ANOTHER PROBLEM!!!
I upgraded my phpnuke from 7.4 to 7.5 and I copied all the HTML files like it says there.... but I didnt copy the "nuke" sql file because I dont want my stuff deleted...

now I always get this message when I go to my site..

"There seems to be a problem with the MySQL sever, sorry for the inconvenience.

We should be back shortly."

If you copied all the new files to your server, then your config.php was overwritten. Put the required info (db name, pass) in that file again.

There is nothing in your db!! That's why this error comes up!
Please load the file nuke.sql in your db through phpmyadmin!

If I load the nuke.sql file it will delete all my members, and all the threads right? I just wanted to upgrade and not start over :?

Sorry don't give out my IM contacts :s

Forgot that it was an upgrade, well just try to load the config table cause that's where the problem lies! It can't read the default settings from the nuke_config table

If you were smart you had taken a backup before attempting the upgrade which you could load back in when it fails miserably!
