Your question is answered many places.

Search finds it " youtube phpnuke news ".

How to embed a video on a PHP-Nuke News page - basic help

How to embed Google video or YouTube into PHP-Nuke

Another way is to leave phpnuke and go to Nuke-evolution

Its based on phpnuke but its modules and code are more secure from hackers.

Nah, go with RavenNuke. It's more secured also. NukeScripts (the one that developed NukeSentinel) used Ravenscripts as there forum support site so you can get better support with NS. It's compatible with most modules & add ons. It also got a good editor called FCKeditor (also included in it's News module). It's the best editor I've tried so far. You won't have any problems adding multimedia stuff in your News module.
